This is Ace at 2 years old (July 2009) His winter coat is near black, but his coat lightens from the sun in the summer months. Ace has actually turned out a lot calmer than I expected. As a foal, he was extremely spunky. I remember when teaching him to lead that he was really strong, and not very inclined to calm submission! After he was weaned he ended up in a group where he was the youngest and lowest ranking and it really seemed to humble him a lot. He really enjoys being worked with, he is one of the most willing of my youngsters to leave his buddies, and it takes quite a bit to scare him. I think he has tons of potential. |

This lovely colt will definitely turn heads wherever he goes. He is a natural jumper and he practices over logs, humps of dirt, anything he can find! His movement for dressage is excellent, with all the suppleness, suspension and balance you could ask for. I believe he will mature to around 16.1 hands at maturity. |
